General Terms & Conditions

1.      All products sold under the brand DEEPASYA are handcrafted and produced in small batches. Minor variations in colour, texture, fragrance intensity, or design may occur and are considered a natural characteristic of handmade products.

2.      Prices mentioned in the catalogue are subject to change without prior notice depending on the availability of raw materials, seasonal demand, or customisation requirements.

3.      Orders shall be considered confirmed only after payment confirmation or as per mutually agreed terms.

4.      Bulk or customised orders (including corporate gifting, wedding favours, or festive hampers) may require advance payment and additional lead time.

5.      All intellectual property, including brand names, product designs, packaging concepts, and photographs remain the property of DEEPASYA.

Returns & Refund Policy

1.      Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of candles, bath products, and personal care items, products once sold are generally non-returnable.

2.      Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:

• Product damaged during transit

• Wrong item delivered

• Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographic evidence.

• After verification, DEEPASYA may offer:

o   Replacement of the product, or

o   Store credit, or

o   Refund to the original payment method, at the discretion of the management.

3. Refunds, if approved, may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on the payment gateway or banking partner.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

2.      For customised or bulk orders, processing time may vary between 5–10 business days.

3.      Shipping is carried out through reputed courier partners across India.

4.      Delivery timelines may vary depending on location but generally range between 3–7 working days after dispatch.

5.      Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

6.      DEEPASYA shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disruptions, or force majeure events.

International Shipping (Outside India)

1.      International orders may require advance payment in full before dispatch.

2.      Shipping charges will be calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

3.      Delivery timelines typically range between 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country.

4.      Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country.

5.      DEEPASYA shall not be responsible for customs delays, confiscations, or regulatory restrictions imposed by foreign authorities.
