2.      Prices mentioned in the catalogue are subject to change without prior notice depending on the availability of raw materials, seasonal demand, or customisation requirements.
3.      Orders shall be considered confirmed only after payment confirmation or as per mutually agreed terms.
4.      Bulk or customised orders (including corporate gifting, wedding favours, or festive hampers) may require advance payment and additional lead time.
5.      All intellectual property, including brand names, product designs, packaging concepts, and photographs remain the property of DEEPASYA.
Returns & Refund Policy
1.      Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of candles, bath products, and personal care items, products once sold are generally non-returnable.
2.      Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:
Product damaged during transit
Wrong item delivered
Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographic evidence.
After verification, DEEPASYA may offer:
o   Replacement of the product, or
o   Store credit, or
o   Refund to the original payment method, at the discretion of the management.

Refunds, if approved, may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on the payment gateway or banking partner.
